Hi, I’m Shanine Young, an Communication & Leadership Facilitator, keynote speaker, and creator of the V.O.I.C.E.™ Framework. Over the past decade, I’ve taught, coached, and supported thousands of students, educators, and professionals in discovering the strength of their voice and the confidence within themselves.
Through my work as a former English teacher, Bestselling Author, and Author coach, I’ve seen a consistent truth: when people understand their voice, they transform their identity, their relationships, and their ability to lead.
I’ve partnered with schools, campuses, conferences, and organizations across the U.S. and internationally, helping audiences strengthen communication, build emotional intelligence, and step boldly into their personal and professional impact.

When individuals understand the power of their voice, they show up differently, more confident, more connected, and better equipped to communicate, advocate for themselves, and lead.
Shanine's workshop gave our students an engaging and practical experience centered around confidence, communication, and leadership. Through her presentation and interactive activities, students explored how to break past limiting beliefs, choose freedom over fear, and become more confident using their voice. The message connected especially well with our focus on entrepreneurship and preparing students for college, careers, and future opportunities. Our students were engaged, participated throughout the experience, and really enjoyed the workshop.
